Apparently, there isn’t any actual legislation barring divorce when a woman is pregnant. It’s the judge in charge of the case that is making that decision. All the more reason to vote in state and federal representatives who support true personal liberty instead of theocratic control.

The judicial branch is often invisible to voters. That’s why the Federalist Society has spent decades building power within that branch. We don’t get to choose judges the way we do senators.

We the people modified the 17 amendment to allow for the direct democratic process to include US senators.The prime reason was corruption.

It’s very easy for dark money to influence our representatives when we’re not paying attention. Judges can also be swayed by special interests and corruption.
