This is on point. I'm a kid from the 60s and 70s. Protests and bombings were every day events.

The left needs to fight fire with fire. It's not just about messaging.

It's about coordinated messaging.

This was always my belief. If you want to dilute the fascist identity, use their messaging against them.

I once proposed that the left sing/chant the words; "Glory, glory, halleluiah,"

"Glory, glory, halleluiah,"

"Glory, glory, halleluiah,"

"His truth is marching on!"

That chorus from the Battle Hymn of the Republic was adopted as the anti-Confederate anthem.

I usually get responses like "but we're not religious" or "but that's sappy, old timey stuff."

The point is to hit them in the hypocrisy. It's like the guy who keeps yelling at them to "support the troops by paying your taxes!"

They'll never feel shame, but they do get confused easily. You're not going to turn the 23% of cultists. The coordinated messaging is a way to stop the infection and normalization of their BS to the rest of the public.
